This one-hour yoga session is designed to balance your Vagas nerve, which runs from your neck to the lower branches of your belly. You will learn some gentle stretching, twisting, breathing and self massage that can calm anxiety, aid digestion, and release some of the neck strain that comes with daily living. Give your body a Sunday afternoon time out from March Madness. All levels welcome and class punch passes accepted.
