Yoga Restore begins with 30 minutes of gentle movement and stretching to slowly release tension and prepare the body for rest. The second half of class invites you into a supported restorative pose designed to help the body deeply relax and restore.
Restorative yoga is often described as “profound effortlessness,” supported by the thoughtful use of props. As you settle into this long-held pose, you’ll be guided toward deep release while the soothing tones of singing bowls create a calming soundscape for relaxation.
