Have you ever been curious about yoga but weren’t sure where to begin? We are so excited to welcome you to this “Introduction to Brooklyn Yoga” event. This is a relaxed, welcoming event designed to help you get familiar with our studio, our community, and what makes this space feel so special.
This is not a traditional yoga class. It’s a chance to step inside, take a tour, meet Hollie, the studio owner, and learn what to expect during a Brooklyn Yoga class. All without pressure or expectation. You’ll hear about all of our different classes, special events, unique offerings, and inclusive approach. You’ll have the opportunity to roll out a yoga mat, take a few deep breaths, and explore a few yoga poses, and try out some props. We’ll help you determine which class might be the best fit for you.
This “Introduction to Brooklyn Yoga” event is about helping you feel at ease, see the space, connect with other like-minded people, and take your first steps into the practice of yoga in a way that feels safe and supportive. No experience is needed. You don’t need to be flexible, strong, or even own a pair of yoga pants. Come as you are; comfortable clothes, curious mind, and maybe a few questions.
This workshop is designed to help you feel at ease, get familiar with the space, hear our voice, see our faces, and take the first step without intimidation. Whether you’re brand new to yoga, or just new to our studio, you belong here. We can’t wait to welcome you in.
