This class will start with a brief meditation before transitioning into dynamic movement; Sun Salutations and standing postures to get the body moving and heated. The second half of the class will be composed of yin poses that are designed to nurture the joints and connective tissue; longer held poses that are done on the ground. We will end with a nice, long Savasana.
