Join Hollie for a 90 minute workshop on the basics of Cognitive Behavior Therapy designed to reduce anxiety and reframe our worrisome thoughts. Wear comfortable clothes and bring something to write on (journal, notebook, pen). Some movement involved, but we will mostly be seated for the duration of this workshop.
