We will start Yoga Restore with some gentle movement and stretching, followed by a restorative pose (or two) that is designed to help the body rest and restore.  Restorative poses can be best described as “profound effortlessness, facilitated by the use of props.” Students will find deep release through this long-held pose. This is a great class for the winter months, as it helps us remember that there is virtue in resting.
