Yoga Restore starts with 30 minutes very gentle movement and stretching, followed by a 30 minute restorative pose that is designed to help the body rest and restore.  Restorative poses can be best described as “profound effortlessness, facilitated by the use of props.” Students will find deep release through this long-held pose. This class helps us nurture the body and remember that there is virtue in resting.
