This is a dynamic, and challenging class that offers students the perfect balance of cardio and yoga. This class emphasizes the power of breath control and mindfulness, allowing students to experience the physical and mental benefits of the practice. We start with sun salutations & work up to more challenging postures. Throughout the class, students learn to flow from one posture to the next in conjunction with the breath. The intensity of the class will make you SWEAT, which helps detoxify the body and increase flexibility. After we flow (and sweat), we come down to the mat for stretching a restful Shavasana, allowing students to fully integrate the benefits of the practice.
