Never tried yoga?  This series is for you! This is a very basic 4-week class where we will explore the poses, language, and structure of yoga. It is designed to be less formal and a bit more conversational so that students can ask questions, get clarification, and feel comfortable enough to walk into any yoga class at one of our amazing local yoga studios. No fancy yoga pants required. Come as you are. All levels welcome.
