The benefit of moving slowly is that you get more time to experience how your body moves from pose to pose. you will have the time to focus on your alignment and chose the modifications that best suit you. the slow steady pace results in a deep stretch + strength combo on the mat and increased mobility off the mat. you’ll leave feeling cool, calm and collected.

the juice is in the squeeze. being strong, confident and powerful is the juice you’ll get from this class. squeezed from slow, steady transitions and multi-breath holds during the majority of poses.
